In the event of obvious pricing errors or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

5. Conclusion of Contract

Your order constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is only concluded upon shipping confirmation or dispatch of the goods. An automatic order confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, credit card, PayPal).

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Address Changes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Changes to the delivery address are only possible before shipment by contacting support@tentekenergy.com.

After shipment, address changes or direct exchanges are no longer possible.

Transfer of Risk

In consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

If you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us, the risk transfers to you once the goods are handed over to that carrier.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

10. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights (24 months for consumers in the EU) apply.

13. Relationship to Shopify

This online shop is hosted by Shopify.

All purchase contracts are concluded exclusively between you and TENTECH ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. Shopify is not a contracting party.

We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages arising from a breach of essential contractual obligations.
