Receive Your Upgrade Offer
After verification, our team will contact you by email with your exclusive €600 trade-in discount code, return shipping address, and upgrade instructions.
One-time use only
Order Your New System
Use your discount code to purchase the TENTEK Hybrid Microinverter system for €399. After placing your order, your original device must be returned.
Return Your Original Device
After shipping your old device, send the tracking number to our support team by email.
Shipping number should be provided within 14 days and products must be returned within 30 days.
Important Notice
This trade-in program is only available for eligible Tentek inverter and controller products.
Returned devices must match the verified SN code submitted in the application form.
If no tracking number is provided within 14 days after receiving the new product, or if the returned device is not received within 30 days, the system may be remotely locked.
