1. Initiating a Return (RMA)

Please contact us in advance at support@tentekenergy.com.

After reviewing your request, you will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

Unannounced returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

2. Return Address

Approved returns should be sent to our returns center in Germany:

Please do not send any items back without prior return authorization.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item delivered by us, TENTEK will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label where applicable.

Please contact customer support as soon as possible and include photo or video evidence.

Non-Defective Returns / Change of Mind

If the return is made for personal reasons, including change of mind or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee applies unless otherwise clearly agreed in writing before the return is approved.

4. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day when you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, a clear declaration by email to support@tentekenergy.com is sufficient.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract within the legal withdrawal period, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option.

If you selected a more expensive shipping method, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

Goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.

The customer bears the return shipping cost unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Installed Products and Used Energy Systems

Products such as inverters, microinverters, batteries, and energy storage systems that have already been installed, connected, activated, or used are generally not eligible for return as unused products.

Once such a product has been installed or put into operation, any product-related issue will be handled under our Warranty Policy rather than the standard return policy, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Exceptions / Items Excluded from Return

The following items are excluded from return where permitted by applicable law:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Opened software, license keys, or digital/storage media
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts or promotional items, unless returned together with the related order

For products containing lithium batteries, returns may require prior coordination with our support team due to hazardous goods regulations.

7. Address Change / Exchange

Before shipment, you may request a change of delivery address by emailing support@tentekenergy.com.

After shipment, we can no longer change the address or offer a direct exchange.

If you would like a different item, please return the product according to this policy and place a new order.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your payment provider or bank to process the refund after it has been issued.

9. Statutory Warranty Rights

Your statutory warranty rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
