At Tentek, we carefully process and package every order to help ensure that your products arrive safely and in good condition.

If you experience any shipping or product-related issue, please contact us at support@tentekenergy.com with your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and relevant photos if applicable. Our customer support team will review your request and assist you as soon as possible.

1. Shipping Fees

For orders shipped within the European Union, the standard shipping fee is €6.99.

Orders below €79: standard shipping fee of €6.99
Orders of €79 or above: free standard shipping within the European Union

If a return is required, the applicable return shipping fee will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

2. Taxes and VAT

All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT for customers within the European Union.

No additional import duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery for orders shipped within our supported EU shipping areas.

3. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all 27 member states of the European Union.

Please note that we do not currently ship to the United Kingdom (UK) or to countries and regions outside the European Union.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of certain products, including microinverters, batteries, and related energy products, we are unable to deliver to:

P.O. boxes
Parcel lockers
Automated post stations
Mail forwarding addresses

Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout. Orders with incomplete, incorrect, or unsupported addresses may be delayed, cancelled, or returned.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM CET may be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 4–12 business days after your order is confirmed.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier availability, public holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other logistics factors beyond our control.


For example:

Germany: usually 3–5 business days in total
France: usually 3–7 business days in total

Delivery times may be extended during public holidays, peak seasons, carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other logistics factors beyond our control.

7. Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We work with trusted logistics partners, usually DHL and UPS, to deliver orders within the European Union.

Battery products are usually shipped by UPS
Standard products are usually shipped by DHL or UPS

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

8. Multiple Items in One Order

Whenever possible, all items in one order will be shipped together.

However, due to product availability, warehouse arrangement, package size, product type, or carrier requirements, your order may be shipped in separate packages. In such cases, you may receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each shipment.

9. Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, any additional costs, including return shipping or re-shipping fees, may be the responsibility of the customer.

10. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive an incorrect product or if an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer support team at: support@tentekenergy.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the package and products received. Our team will review the case and provide further assistance.

11. Damaged Packages

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us process your request efficiently, please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the outer packaging
Photos of the shipping label
Photos of the damaged product
A short description of the issue

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution according to our Return, Refund, and Warranty policies.

12. Change of Shipping Address

Shipping address changes can only be requested before the order has been shipped.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@tentekenergy.com. Once the order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.
