Warranty Policy

Warranty Conditions

These warranty conditions apply to TENTEK products purchased directly from us or from authorized distributors within the European Union. In addition to your statutory rights, we provide a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty under the following terms.

1. Warranty Period

  • Batteries (LiFePO₄ storage modules): 5 years
  • Inverters / EMS controllers: 10 years
  • Accessories & cables: 6 months

The warranty applies only to products purchased and used within the EU region.

All products are covered without additional usage limits or cycle restrictions unless otherwise specified.

2. Warranty Services

In the event of material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace it with an equivalent or higher-value product (new or refurbished), or
  • Provide a refund based on the current value of the product.

3. What Is Covered?

  • Verified defects caused by material or manufacturing errors.
  • For energy storage systems: capacity degradation below the values defined in the product specifications.

4. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation, incorrect operation, or use outside technical specifications.
  • Modifications or interference by unauthorized persons.
  • Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., lightning, flooding), transportation damage after delivery, or damage caused by drops or impacts.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable components.
  • Use with incompatible components or incorrect system configuration.
  • Customer-induced damage or intentional destruction.

5. Shipping Responsibility for Warranty Claims

Within the first 12 months of the warranty period, TENTEK covers reasonable two-way shipping costs for valid warranty claims.

After the first year, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product for inspection, while TENTEK will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

6. Warranty Service Address

Warranty inspections and services are handled through our EU service center.

Returns must be approved in advance by our support team before being sent to this address. Please do not return any products without prior authorization.

7. Warranty Claims (RMA Process)

For warranty inquiries, please contact our support team at support@tentekenergy.com.

Our technical support team will respond within 72 hours on business days.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Serial number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos
  • (Optional) Error code, if available

8. Limitation of Liability

TENTEK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

The warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described above.

9. Additional Notes

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws within the European Union.
