Are TENTEK products easy to install?
Most products support plug & play installation and require no technical expertise. For home storage systems, however, we recommend installation by qualified professionals.
Are TENTEK products safe?
All products use automotive-grade LiFePO4 cells, feature multi-layer BMS protection, and meet international certifications such as CE and VDE.
Can TENTEK systems be expanded?
Both home and portable energy storage solutions are modular and can be expanded. Depending on the model, 4–8 units can be connected in parallel.
Do TENTEK products support solar panels from other brands?
Yes. Our energy management systems are compatible with most mainstream PV modules and microinverters. Please check the technical specifications before connecting or contact our support team.
Can the system operate without an internet connection?
Yes. Core functions such as energy distribution and protection mechanisms run locally. However, an internet connection is recommended for data monitoring and remote access.
How loud are the devices during operation?
Our devices use low-noise fans and operate at a sound level of under 25 dB, making them barely audible in normal use.
Do the systems require regular maintenance?
No, TENTEK products are low-maintenance. A simple visual inspection and cleaning of ventilation openings once a year is sufficient.
Can I update the software or firmware myself?
Yes. Updates can be performed easily via our app or PC client. You will receive notifications when a new version is available.

Warranty & Returns

How long is the warranty period?
Depending on the product type, the warranty is up to 2 years. Details can be found in our warranty policy.
Can I return the products?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. More information is available in our return & refund policy.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired product and completing checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively within Germany.
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card, PayPal, and Sofortüberweisung. Additional payment options will be added gradually.
Can I change my order after purchase?
If your order has not yet been shipped, it can be modified or canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible via email.
