Track Your Order

You can check the shipment status of your order in the following ways:

1. Email link: Use the “Track Order” link in our shipping confirmation email.
2. Customer account: Log in at /account and select your order.
3. Directly via the carrier: Enter your tracking number on the DHL or UPS tracking page (see below).

Note: You will automatically receive the tracking number via email once your package leaves our warehouse. If you did not receive a number or tracking is not working, please contact us at support@tentekenergy.com.
